Bill Howe is the President of H&H Group Holdings & MEP Solutions, LLC. He has been with the company since 1990, starting in the Electrical Division. Bill has worked in both the residential and commercial field as a foreman, project manager, and estimator before he became the Vice President in charge of operations and later President of the company. Having been involved in every aspect of the business provides Bill a unique and critical outlook on not only what is important for the company and employees, but also what is most important to the customer. Bill is an active participant in our Procurement and Energy Management Division serving as a Senior Account Manager for all procurement work.
Josh Kaurich, Vice President

Josh Kaurich is Vice President of H&H Group Holdings, Inc. & MEP Solutions, LLC. He is also the Division Manager for H&H Energy Management. Josh is the co-founder of Midwest Energy Procurement Solutions, LLC; a Wisconsin based energy purchasing company focused on the procurement and purchasing of natural gas and electrical energy in the Midwest. He is an Association of Energy Engineers Certified Energy Manager (CEM), a Certified Energy Procurement Professional (CEP), and certified Renewable Energy Assessor. Josh’s experience with energy management and efficiency, renewable energy and biofuels helps him to identify integrated energy solutions. His experience and connections have helped him to develop and grow a successful Energy Performance Contracting company and consulting group. His auditing experience covers the educational, industrial, commercial, agricultural, and residential sector.
Blake Baxter, Senior Energy Originator

Blake Baxter is the Senior Energy Originator for MEP Solutions, LLC located in Madison, Wisconsin. Blake recently retired from the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) and the Army Guard to join our Madison team. During his 30+ years in the energy industry Blake has worked for an interstate pipeline, an oil & gas exploration company and a local gas distribution company. Blake has for the last thirteen years worked for TVA. During his tenor at TVA he helped to manage the acquisition of ~8,000 MW of new gas fired generation and developed a portfolio of 870,000 Dth/day of firm gas transportation and 3 Bcf of salt dome storage to support reliable power generation for the people of the Tennessee Valley. Blake is an experienced negotiator with deep experience in both the physical and financial gas markets. He is a winner of the TVA President’s Trophy. Blake also served for 35 years as a member of the Army Guard. During his second war deployment in 2011-12 he was awarded the Joint Commendation Medal for instituting programs to reduce corruption and graft in Afghanistan. He has an undergraduate degree from Allegheny College and a Masters Degree from Carnegie Mellon University. An accomplished public speaker, Blake has addressed local community groups, industry groups and been on NPR. He is looking forward to assisting the customers of MEP Solutions.
Eric Truelove, Dir. of Sustainable Design

Eric Truelove has been a consultant in the energy and construction industries since 1989. His specialties include green building design, sustainable development, life-cycle cost analyses, technical communications, and building commissioning. He has served as an engineering consultant and lead design engineer for commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities located across the country. His work on green buildings, energy conservation, building commissioning, and life-cycle costing has been published by AIA Wisconsin, Environmental Design + Construction, eco structure, MetalMag, the International Facility Management Association (IFMA), the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI), and Portland Energy Conservation (PECI). Mr. Truelove is a Registered Professional Engineer in Wisconsin and Arizona, a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED®) Accredited Professional with Building Design and Construction Specialty, a WasteCap Wisconsin Accredited Professional, and a Green Globes® Assessor (GGA). He has participated on over 50 LEED and over 50 Green Globes projects.

Adam is an energy engineer for the core team at MEP Solutions. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is a critical partner in our comprehensive approach and rounded energy solutions that we promise to our clients. His skill set includes: detailed utility rate analyses, benchmarking of facilities, energy procurement, comprehensive energy audits, data collection and on-site equipment monitoring, demand side management, recommendations of energy conservation measures, financial analyses, energy assessment reports, design and execution of projects, construction management, education and training for the client, and measurement and verification (M&V) of savings.

Chris is an energy engineer for the core team. He uses his past Energy Consulting experience coupled with his University of Wisconsin – Madison Engineering Education to actively tackle all the projects he is involved with. Chris also has experience working for the Focus on Energy, Agribusiness and Small Business programs. Utility bill diagnostics and analysis have become Chris’ specialty, collaborating with H&H Electric to create unique energy solution. Not only is Chris involved with energy management, but he works with MEP helping customers bridge the understanding between procuring their natural gas and electricity and energy management.
