Bill Howe is the President of H&H Group Holdings. He has been with the company since 1990, starting as a residential electrician for H&H Electric. Bill has worked in both the residential and commercial field as a foreman, project manager, and estimator before he became the Vice President in charge of operations and later President of the company. As a Master Electrician, Bill has over 25 years of experience in the electrical industry, including voice/data and fiber optics training. Having been involved in every aspect of the business provides Bill a unique and critical outlook on not only what is important for the company and employees, but also what is most important to the customer. Bill is an active participant in H&H Energy Services and oversees all projects.

Chris is a project manager and lighting designer for H&H Energy Services. Chris creates unique solutions for all projects, no matter the size, shape, or situation. He has past experience working for the Focus on Energy – Agribusiness and Small Business programs. He pairs this energy consulting experience with his construction and trades knowledge to manage everything from small lighting projects to multi-million dollar comprehensive performance contracting projects. Customized lighting solutions tailored to the client’s needs has become one of Chris’s specialties. Chris has designed lighting retrofit solutions for 30+ educational facilities. When developing projects, Chris brings an open mind and enjoys challenging the “standard approach.” He has helped develop and manage multiple unique energy projects including ice bank chillers for demand management and a biomass boiler using locally sourced wood chips.
